Fun fact: I LOVE to cook. Todays lunch: Shitake & Sun-dried tomato Savory Oats. I made a broth with dried shitake mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, basil, celery, garlic, onion and a dash of Bragg’s liquid aminos, to cook the steel cut oats and quinoa in.
